How do I request a repair quote?+
Complete the online form or message us on WhatsApp with your device model, symptoms, city, locality and PIN code. An option and quote are shared after availability is checked.
Do you provide doorstep service?+
Doorstep service may be offered for eligible repairs, subject to locality, device model, issue type and partner availability. It is not confirmed by submitting an enquiry.
Can I request pickup and drop?+
Yes. Select pickup and drop as your preference. Availability and handover details must be confirmed before you proceed.

No. AppPulse Care is an online enquiry and coordination platform. Repairs are fulfilled by an available local service partner after you review and accept the option.
