Laptop Keyboard Keys Not Working? Checks to Try First
Safe checks for unresponsive, repeating or incorrect laptop keys before requesting keyboard repair or diagnosis.
Restart the laptop, confirm the selected keyboard language and accessibility settings, test the affected keys in more than one app and, if available, compare with a known-working external keyboard.
