AppPulse Care is an online-first repair enquiry and coordination platform. It helps customers request quotes and may coordinate suitable local service partners for eligible repairs in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Pune.

No automatic booking

Submitting a form or WhatsApp message is an enquiry only. It does not confirm service, availability, price, appointment, pickup, doorstep visit or repair completion time. An option is confirmed only after it is expressly communicated and accepted.

Availability

All service options are subject to locality, device model, issue type and partner availability. A diagnosis may change the scope or quote. Do not send or hand over a device until coordination details are confirmed.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact, device and issue information. Back up important data where possible, remove sensitive information, disclose relevant damage or prior repairs, and follow any preparation instructions shared before service.

Quotes, payment and partner terms

This website does not collect payment. Quotes may depend on inspection and may be revised if the actual issue differs from the information provided. Any payment method, repair terms, parts information or post-repair support applicable to a service will be communicated for that specific option.

Device data and risk

Repair activities can involve risks to stored data. Customers remain responsible for backups. To the extent permitted by law, AppPulse Care is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate information, pre-existing defects, unavailable backups, or events outside reasonable control.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false enquiries, misuse contact channels, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website, or send unlawful or harmful content.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply.
